The City Mission
The City Mission is a Christ-centered homeless shelter in Cleveland that has been serving men, women, and children in crisis since 1910. Deeply rooted in compassion, the organization is committed to meeting immediate needs while providing long-term hope and stability for the individuals and families they serve.
In my role, I supported their digital ecosystem across website donation pages, lightboxes, email campaigns, and social advertising. Within the first six months, my work contributed to a 15% increase in overall funding. I also launched their first-ever sustainer campaign, generating an additional $30,000 in recurring support, with approximately one-third of donations driven through my lightbox designs.
Beyond the metrics, this work has been especially meaningful, seeing the real stories and impact behind each campaign reinforced how thoughtful digital design can directly support people and communities in crisis.
